Holy Trinity is a Church of England parish church in the village of Rayleigh in the county of Essex.
The church dates back to Saxon times with a Norman chancel added in the 11th century. The bell tower was built in the 15th century using stone from a disused castle. A tudor porch was added during this period. Restoration to the church took place in 1873.
